Private Cremation
Private cremation is a cremation procedure during which only one animal’s body is present in the cremation chamber during the cremation process. The animal is uniquely identified throughout the process with a metal identification disc. The cremated remains are placed in your choice of either a wooden oak urn or a ceramic urn in a choice of three different colours. A certificate of cremation accompanies each private cremation.
Individual Partitioned Cremation
Individual partitioned cremation is a cremation procedure during which more than one animal’s body is present in the cremation unit and the cremated remains of specific pets are to be returned. A method of separation is used between each pet and the cremated remains of each pet are both identifiable with a metal cremation disc and are retrievable. The cremated remains are placed in your choice of either a wooden oak urn or a ceramic urn in a choice of three different colours. A certificate of cremation accompanies each individual partitioned cremation.
Communal Cremation
Communal cremation is a cremation procedure where multiple pets are cremated together without any form of separation. The cremated remains are not returned but rather buried in a pet cemetery.

For some people, being able to come to our facility to say their final farewell is an important part of their grieving process. For others it is being close to their pet during the cremation process that gives them peace of mind. We have a comfort room at our facility that allows people to relax and find peace with the entire cremation. We will help you through the process, answering questions along the way and provide you with an exclusive service. This dedicated time has an extra service fee. Same Day Cremation
We offer a same day cremation service. This service is subject to availability and has an additional service fee. Please contact our office for details and availability.
House Calls
We offer a house call service to assist clients in their time of need. We understand the need for a discreet and respectful service that brings your loved pet to us, lessening the burden on pet parents.
Visit to Veterinarian
When faced with a pets passing at a veterinarian's office, we are able to assist pet parents with the transfer of their pet to our facility. Upon instruction we will go to your veterinarian, where we will discreetly and respectfully bring your pet to our facility. Please call us for this and any other special requests. We are here for you in your time of grief. As you cope with your loss, we want to help ease any anxiety you may be feeling as you make these final decision for your faithful friend.
Paw Print Memorial
Whether or not you choose to have your pet remains returned to you there is still a way to remember your pet in a special way. We can gently take an imprint of your pet's paw and display it in one of our keepsake options that can be purchased at an additional cost.
Etching Service
To create a distinctive memorial, we offer personalized etching. Add a special picture, name, poem to your urn. We offer several different types of urns and keepsakes. Many of these items can be uniquely engraved with your own special tribute.
